The Twelfth Earth Language Explorer
Below, you can query my repository of constructed languages, learn about their grammar and phonetics, and look up words (if a dictionary is available for the selected language). If you have any questions about them, let me know!
The vast majority of the languages below were constructed for the Twelfth Earth. However, there are a few which serve different purposes, and those purposes are noted in their descriptions.
As I use this page for reference myself, you can expect that it is kept fairly up to date. Although, as a result, much of the notes here include linguistic technical jargon. If you want a more "in English" description of something, ask me.
Curious about work-in-progress languages? Not finding the language you're looking for here? Take a peek at the Language Workshop! Be forewarned, though, the content there is essentially my note-taking area and is thus messy and unstandardized.
What is conlanging?
Conlanging is the process of constructing languages, and a constructed language is called a conlang. I will not use these short-hand terms much on this site, but if you talk to me in person about conlanging, I might. You can learn more about conlanging in general from the Wikipedia article.
There are still few languages to choose from at this point, and the information displayed here is far from complete, but if you want to see a language that is mostly complete, select Rokshí.
